Locate the bar code label on the carton that is similar to the example below.
(If you do not have the carton, email your model number)
Notice the two groups of five numbers and the trailing single digit. Enter those numbers in the boxes below.

You can find the five– or six–digit number on your furniture’s Instruction Book.
